MOONA OVERSEAS JOB CONSULTANCY (OPC) PVT LTD maintains a computerized Data (resumes) Bank of over than 1,000 candidates with various categories. Registered candidates all are getting the vacancy information automatically when we posting the vacancy details in our official website, according to their qualification / experience, and our staff also remind the vacancy details to our registered by email and by SMS and by the voice call to suitable persons according to job vacancy.
From Employer Requirement to Shortlist
We get the manpower demand letter directly from employers by our consultancy managers or by E-mail / fax with the telephonic conversation from the overseas employers. The terms and conditions of employment and job responsibilities of every position are checked. The MOJC selects suitable candidates from our Data Bank and forwards their Resumes to Client (employer) to do confirm them, and or for the sort listing before the interview. If it is felt that suitable candidates are not available in the Data Bank, the MOJC inserts advertisement in the local Press with the consent of the employers and mobilizes candidates for sort listing and for finalizing. The cost of advertising will absorb either consultancy or Employers at mutual agreement.
Additional Sourcing Channels
If need be, the MOJC arranges to tap the source like State Government owned Corporations or private corporation / Boards and arranges to supply manpower conforming to the requirements of the employer. The Employment Exchanges, especially the professionally and Executive Employment Office, are also one of the best sources being tapped by the MOJC to identify suitable candidates, especially for posts that require professional skills. The MOJC also arranges for trade test wherever required and we have our associated trade test center in All over India.
